That's how we run Mr. Spotless Cleaning Inc. Every commercial client starts with a walkthrough, where we agree on the areas, tasks, schedule, access, and supplies before we quote. Then we clean to that scope on every visit, report issues right away, and adjust the plan as your needs change.

We're a family-owned company run by Jonathan Nieves and Saudia Minh, fully insured, working with background-checked staff, and we bring our own cleaning supplies.
